Is the free check really free?

Yes. You get the score and every check on screen, straight away, with no email and no sign-up.

Can you get me to number one on Google?

No one can promise that. In Google Search Central’s words: “No one can guarantee a #1 ranking on Google.” We do every check we list, show you the evidence and tell you what to fix first.

What do the audits add?

The Quick Fix Plan turns the free check into an action plan checked by a person: who fixes what, and in what order, from public information only. The Local Audit adds your Google Business Profile and listings, 3 competitors compared and 10 AI answers to questions drafted and tailored to your business. The Full Audit adds your Search Console and Bing data, with read-only (view-only) access you can remove any time, 30 AI answers to questions drafted and tailored to your business and a full written report.

How much do the audits cost?

There are three options, each a one off fixed price in pounds, shown on the audit page once set. We are setting them after timing each audit on our own website.

How long does an audit take?

The Quick Fix Plan is delivered 1 working day after we have your intake form. The Local Audit is delivered 2 working days after we have your intake form. The Full Audit is delivered 3 working days after we have your intake form, your approval of the questions and your read-only access.

How do you check AI answers?

The Full Audit asks 5 questions agreed with you on 2 AI assistants, 3 fresh logged-out sessions each (the Local Audit records 10 answers), and reports how answers vary, for example “named in 2 of 3 sessions”, rather than one score. The free check does not ask AI assistants anything; it checks whether your robots.txt lets AI search crawlers read your site.

Is my business on ChatGPT?

The free check tells you whether your robots.txt lets the crawlers behind AI search tools, including ChatGPT’s, read your site. To see what the assistants actually say about you, the Local Audit records 10 answers by hand and the Full Audit 30, or you can follow our guide and check yourself.

Is there a contract?

No. Each audit is a one-off purchase. There is no subscription and nothing renews.
